Sometimes when you buy something it just isn’t right and you want to return or exchange it – we understand. That’s why our policy is simple, easy to follow and is without processing fees.

A return or exchange will only be processed within 15 days of purchase, provided that the following criteria are met:

The proof of purchase or delivery note is presented as proof of purchase.

The price ticket is still attached.

The item has not been worn.

The item is in its original condition and packaging.

The merchandise is returned within the country of purchase.

Merchandise sold with a promotional gift can only be returned with the promotional gift

Kindly note that the 15 days period starts as soon as your purchase is logged as delivered and that your item will be inspected by our team of professionals for it's eligibility. If your product doesn't meet our requirements, It will be sent back to you.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your JIC purchase, you can return it for a refund within 15 days.

All refunds will be refunded to the original payment source and will be subject to the our return policy. For credit card payments it may take 2 to 3 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Shipping costs for any JIC purchase are non-refundable. If the product isn't eligible for a return, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund and the product will be sent back to you.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your JIC purchase, you can return it for an exchange.

To do an exchange, you must first return your item for a refund.

Once refunded, you'll then make a new purchase of your desired item on our online-store.
