How do I request a return?

Do you process exchanges?

You must first return the item, once done, you'll then have to place a new order of desired item.
How do I request an exchanges?

Once the product gets to our warehouse and has been looked at by our team. Your refund will be processed within 24hrs.
When will my refund be issued?

What do I do if my purchase is faulty?

How do I know if a JIC product is authentic?

We use our dead stock for the production of our patch garments. We've eliminated all plastic hangers and all other plastic items destroying our environment
